The release of the revised “Measures on the Administration of Hazardous Chemicals Registration” (SAWS Order 53) is expected to cast a widespread impact on the industry. For the first time, registration obligations have been extended to importers. Nevertheless, the practical compliance of these updates and compliance with these new requirements are not clear for the industry in terms of the registration scope and registration requirements and procedures.

A recognized expert in UN GHS, China GHS, EU CLP and hazardous chemicals registration in China, Julian is a core member of GHS Team in REACH24H Consulting Group. She has gained extensive hands-on experience in hazard communication in various aspects, including hazard classification, labels and SDSs.

Ms Zhu received her master degree in Biochemical Engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology.

Mr. Guo Zongzhou, engineer from the National Registration Center of State Administration of Work Safety (NRCC-SAWS)

​Focusing on the study in the area of hazardous chemicals management and safety technology. Mainly responsible for th national hazardous chemicals registration data auditing, system development and database maintainance. 

During 2011-2012, as the main participant, working on the revision of the "Administrative Measures on the Hazardous Chemicals Registration" (SAWS Order 53).
