Here is the Editor's Note for you to know about the June issue specifically:
In early 2017, China's pesticide industry continued the uptrend. As Q1 had passed, most pesticide companies released their Q1 financial report, and all showed that pesticide sales increased greatly over the same period last year. So, will Q2 continue the strong growth?
As for the domestic market, many pesticide companies planned to adjust product mix to get new growth. For example, Hubei Sanonda decided to enrich herbicide product mix; Guangxin Agrochemical may further expand international markets; Anhui Jiuyi planned to enrich pesticide product structure; Jiangsu Flag will suspend develop dicamba products.
As for export, Taiwan planned to ban paraquat. If so, China's paraquat export will be affected as Taiwan is one of the top ten export destinations of paraquat from China.
