The new Chinese pesticide regulation, “Decree 677- Regulation on the Administration of Pesticides” has been released on 1 Apr 2017 and internal inter-ministerial consultation on 5 supporting rules is underway. The move is a prelude to China’s legislative reform in agrochemical sector. To help overseas enterprises in the shortest time to understand the most influential regulation, REACH24H AMD team will host a webinar to offer a better interpretation on the new change and characteristics, which will focus on scope, competent authority, procedure and new data required for pesticide registration.

Ms. Gao has a Master’s degree from University of Chinese Academy of Science. She majors in environment science and has four years’ experience specializing in eco-toxicological and environment behavior and fate studies, as well as environment risk assessment. Besides, she is also engaged in regulatory compliance, especially for pesticides compliance.
