The new Chinese pesticide regulation, “Decree 677- Regulation on the Administration of Pesticides” has been released on 1 Apr 2017 and internal inter-ministerial consultation on 5 supporting rules is underway. The move is a prelude to China’s legislative reform in agrochemical sector.
