On 4 Aug 2017, the General Office of MoA releases the new format of 5 pesticide licenses: the pesticide registration certificate, the certificate of testing institutions for pesticide registration, experimentation permit for new pesticide registration, the pesticide production license and the pesticide marketing license, which will be utilized for the 3-element approval system under new pesticide regulation.
In the new templates, MoA specifies the layout, size and required information to be presented on the certificates:
Pesticide registration certificate will generally stay the same as the previous version, except there will be the additional inclusion of the initial registration date;
For the strengthening of credit and traceability management, unified social credit code will be presented on the certificates of testing institution, production license and marketing license;
All locations for experimentation and production marketing of pesticides will be included on the certificates of testing institutions, production licenses and marketing licenses.
