On 19 Sep 2017, China ICAMA released 7 application forms for pesticide administration approval: production license, marketing license and record filing of Registration experimentation.
China promulgated a new pesticide regulation in 2017 and MoA was designated as the sole competent authority for the registration, product and marketing management of pesticides. Companies engaged in different operation activities are obligated to obtain a production license, marketing license, registration experimental approval (new pesticide)/ recording filing. The unified application forms will help MoA to collect the basic administrative and technical information of the applicant and the location and scale of pesticide associated activities:
