On the 25th of Feb 2015, Taiwan BAPHIQ (Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan) invited public consultation on the exemption of 6 pesticides from full registration requirements.
The movement specifies the 6 pesticides which will be no longer be subject to registration requirements if passed successfully. The BAPHIQ also published the substance name, CAS number, proposed target/usage and precautions as listed below:

The exempted pesticides will no longer need to comply with the “Taiwan Agro-Pesticide Management Act”, under which the production, processing and importation of pesticides is subject to pesticide registration approval. But the BAPHIQ added that the 6 pesticides shall not be labeled with deceptive or misleading marketing claims or use any false advertisement and other promotion materials.
