On 29 Jul 2016, China ICAMA issued the 7th batch of pesticides to be approved in 2016 for public consultation until 4 Aug 2016.
Totally 241 products are to be approved in this batch, of which 49 are temporary registration, 186 are full registration and 6 are under repackaging registration.

Dupont's triflumezopyrim insecticide was firstly proposed under temporary registration for the control of rice plant hopper and a novel botanical pesticide Sophora alopecuroides targeting aphid on cabbage was firstly  proposed by an indigenous company.
