The registration review cases for the insecticides oxydemeton-methyl and resmethrin have closed, and the cancellation of their registration will become effective on December 31, 2014 and December 31, 2015 respectively. The Agency also announced EPA’s draft human and ecological risk assessments for the registration review of acetaminophen, clofentezine, fluazinam, hexythiazox, quinclorac, sulfur, and triflumizole and opens a public comment period on these documents.

A technical correction has been made for the final rule of tolerances for the insecticide sulfoxaflor on multiple commodities. The correction removes the time-limited tolerances for cotton ,underlinted seed; cotton, gin byproducts; and cotton, hulls as the tolerances have been superseded by permanent tolerances.
