Chinese New Pesticide Regulation: A Comparative Overview of Current and Pending Regulatory Framework
The newly promulgated pesticide regulation will become effective on June 1st 2017. A transitional period will be granted to industry to allow development of internal systems in compliance with the new standards.

China’s new pesticide regulation will take effect on on 1 June 2017 and 5 draft supporting rules have been released for departmental consultation, all of which support the pending new regulation.
