On November 16th, 2012, the Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals, Ministry of Agriculture (ICAMA) has published a notice on its website announcing that the qualifications of 6 paraquat emergency agencies have been approved.
The ICAMA registrants shall distinctly label the emergency contact information of the qualified emergency agencies on their paraquat products. The ICAMA reminds the registrants to sign a user agreement of the emergency numbers with the above agencies and make sure that their products are labeled with valid emergency numbers. All registrants are obligated to submit a sample of the new labels and the copies of the agreements to the ICAMA before November 30th, 2012.
