Brazil Approved 21 Me-too Technical Pesticides
On July 9th, the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply(MAPA) released the ministerial Act 39 on the Official Gazette, announcing the registration of 21 technical grade active ingredients including Dicamba, Bifenthrin, Azoxystrobin, Diquat, Cyproconazole, Mesotrione, Tebuconazole, Thiamethoxam and Imidacloprid.

53 Products Earmarked for Priority Pesticide Registration Evaluation in Brazil in 2017
The Brazilian MAPA has drafted a list of products which will be subject to priority review in 2017, which was discussed with IBAMA and ANVISA during the 2nd regular meeting of CTA (Technical Advisory Committee of Pesticide). 53 pesticides were included into the list, of which 26 are insecticides, 20 are herbicides and 7 are fungicides.
